    Pumpkin Dip

    Pumpkin Dip

    15 oz can of 100% pumpkin
    3.4 oz box of vanilla instant pudding mix
    8 oz container of Cool Whip, thawed
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

    In a large mixing bowl, stir together the pumpkin, pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and well combined. 
    Gently fold in the Cool Whip until evenly incorporated and the mixture is light and fluffy.
    Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
    Serve cold without favorite dippers: graham crackers, cookies, fresh apple slices, pretzels...

    It sounds lovely, War Machine, but I don't think we can buy any of those ingredients in the UK. I could buy a fresh pumpkin and start from there!
