I figure a set thread that we can pop onto to say howdy and generally chit chat on might be good. even if it's me talking to me, not an oddity in my house.

Hi! Glad to be here! A gorgeous day here in the Mid-Atlantic area. Mondays are my "down days" (love them) and I have a very busy week ahead starting tomorrow. It's all good!
I have herbs to harvest in my garden but I need to read about how to do it properly. . . basil, dill, parsley, and rosemary (the latter of which I just pick as needed even through most of the winter).

Good day here, tried to walk to the mailbox with my 11 month corgi puppy and it's apparent she needs some leash training. She's only 25 lbs and can pull me 
So I turned around and walked home. Will try again later. My kids are arriving here later from their dads. It's been a whirlwind of 3 teenagers coming and going, driving, working and eating. Mostly they just come here in between all their activities and social things to grab a quick bowl of ramen or cook eggs and then run out the door again.

I'm now playing 'cut the lawn today or do it tomorrow' it's not too hot but tomorrow will be cool too and I think I've put it off long enough that one of two things will happen. I will go do it in the next few minutes or the Mr will get home and decide he feels like doing it.

Good afternoon, also from the Mid-Atlantic region. I haven't been outside yet, but it looks pretty out there. 
Not much planned for today other than work and going to the gym tonight with my son. Happy last week of August!

Decluttering and gardening on my agenda this week. Youngest bio sons apartment flooded so will be helping him this weekend! Can't believe September is almost here!!!

My knee quit bitching and I had coffee so I’ve been doing chores. Also, it’s not hot outside which is great for my hotflash-having ass.
