A mean greedy bio mom slap down

I hate to admit that this story is about someone I am genetically related to. In all honesty, there are three of them (three I do not communicate with). All three are divorced and treated/treat their exes like pure crap. I have often said, "Wow, I'm glad I didn't have [one of the three] as DH's ex-wife" because what we dealt with was bad enough.

BUT I love, let's call her "Jenny," Jenny's ex-husband, "Don." Jenny had a kid when she was 19 and never told anyone who the father was. Jenny met and married Don when she was 23 - 24. Don is a decent, hard-working guy from a great, loving family. His family embraced Jenny's child--they were so excited that she was part of the package. Don soon adopted the child (although she never took the family name) and created a very nice life for her and the two other children Jenny and Don had. Jenny has had a good career herself. Jenny has always been extremely superficial.

Jenny and Don divorced over 10 years ago. I didn't keep up with the details, but I heard it was vicious, and at one time Don called me and we talked. Jenny is a greedy person. She got two houses (I didn't realize they had two) in the divorce, full custody, and, of course, child support. Meanwhile, Don moved in with his brother. This is when  Jenny's firstborn was in college (paid for by Don) and driving a BMW (ridiculous).

As Jenny's behavior grew worse (drinking, parental alienation and God knows what else), Don slowly regained his financial bearings and fought for and got 50-50 custody of their two younger girls. The oldest who he had adopted and who his family adored stopped talking to any of them on the advice of her mother. His family was deeply hurt.

Court cases were apparently flying back and forth--more demands from Jenny, and, as Don became even more financially stable, he began fighting all the BS. We are talking tens of thousands (probably more) dollars at this point. He also met a wonderful woman and it sounded like they as a team were handling all of this well. Somehow (and I don't have all the details, nor do I want them), there was a court order for Jenny to pay back the cost of her first daughter's college tuition to Don. Jenny had 10 years to repay him. And she refused.

I had heard that there was some court case a couple months ago and Jenny was supposed to supply paperwork, which she refused to supply. Had no idea what that was about. Just sounded like the typical stupid drama.

THEN:  Jenny went to the grocery store the other day and attempted to pay with her debit card and there wasn't enough money in her account. When she checked, she had only $40 in there. Through a court order, the court garnished her bank account and obtained the amount (full college tuition for 4 years) that she was supposed to have paid back over the past ten years. Apparently, Don just got paid back.

This all came out because Jenny reportedly wrote on Facebook that she hopes her ex-husband dies a slow, agonizing death, and a family member of mine called her to tell her take down what sounded like a possible  threat.

Jenny, the flashy, super well-dressed, luxury car driving, beach living (think "housewives of hell-land") BM from hell
has, yes, $40 in her checking account. She had accidentally (drunkenly?) provided a scammer her other banking info a few months back, so that other account was drained, too, and the bank isn't doing anything about it.

Greedy Jenny has $40. She called her dad asking for money.

Don recouped his money. Some men are able to fight back. I hope this is the end of their BS and he goes on to live a happy, calm life.
